Object Name Holder, Fishing Reel
Date circa 1910
Description Leather, reddish-brown, triangular, with curved corners; and cup in which pole sits in center of triangle; straps extend from either end of triangular section; straps buckle. Fishing reel holder appears to be worn at waist, and buckled in back so that person fishing can rest end of fishing reel in cup against his waist. Buckle frame is brass; tongue is iron.

Condition Notes Leather is dry, powdery, and very discolored and stained; cup crushed on one edge; brass is corroded; iron is rusted.
