Description Black and white photographic portrait of Gov. Leroy Collins at his desk. There is a faint inked inscription in the upper left corner that is signed by Collins. The text of the inscription is copied on the back of the print: "To Brailey Odham, the 'also ran' who has made the most significant contribution to Florida's people of any man in history and for whom I have great admiration and respect. Leroy Collins, Governor, 1957."
