Scope & Content The Patrick H. Adcock Papers include scientific articles collected and written by Adcock between 1943-1961. Articles are also included where he helped perform the experiments. All of the experiments were performed in Orlando, Florida at the United States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine. The two folders relating to these papers discuss how to eradicate house flies and mosquitoes from Florida.

Additional folders contain certificates for successful completion of Unit 3 course at the Florida State Fire College in Miami (October 22, 1943) and a 10 year service award in the Department of Agriculture for Adcock (May 15, 1956). Also, a book titled "1003 Household Hints" and an advertisement for Chuck Dykes Motors, Inc.
